2nd Monitoring Committee
The second Monitoring Committee of the Operational Programme “Information Society” was set up with the Joint Ministerial Decision No 13669 (Government Gazette 493/Β 27/04/2001) and the meeting convened on Thursday, 27 June, 2002, at 9:30, at Athinais, in Athens.
Topics of the Meeting
The topics of the agenda were the following:
- Approval of the Agenda
- Presentation of the Chair of the Monitoring Committee
- Updating of the Monitoring Committee
- Application of the Programme complement of the Operational Programme and Implementation Progress of the Actions
- Special Issues, Approval of the Annual Report 2001 of the Operational Programme “Information Society”
- Approval of modifications of the Programme complement
- Programming of the works and meetings
- Approval of the Decisions and Conclusions of the 2nd Monitoring Committee
Decisions - Conclusions
- The Monitoring Committee approved the agenda and was informed about the application of the decisions of the 1st Monitoring Committee, the procedures of the 2nd Meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the 2000-2006 CSF, the 2nd Meeting of the Sub-Committee of Human Resources, the application progress of the Programme complement as well as the implementation progress of the Programme.
- The Monitoring Committee of the Operational Programme “Information Society” ascertained: the progress in the application of the Programme complement as well as the considerable implementation progress of the Programme, as it was recorded in the increasing activation rate of the measures and project incorporation.
- The members unanimously approved the 2001 Annual Implementation Report with some comments.
- Finally the members unanimously approved the adjustments of the Programme complement as follows:
- No new Measures are proposed
- No changes as regards the indices are proposed
- A change was made in chapter: C’ APPLICATION
