The “Information Society S.A.” plans to announce two Calls for Tenders (open procedure competitions for the most economic bids). Also, the company announces that the Contract for the project “Software applications and connection of the Local Government Organizations with the National Municipal Database Register” has been signed.

In particular, the following competitions will be announced on Tuesday, 04/04/2006: 

• “Supply of Technical Support Services for the Management and Monitoring of the projects ‘Supply & Installation of Basic ICT Equipment’ and ‘Application of Information Systems to Ancillary Operations of the Second Level Administrations (Prefectures) of the Country’.”

• “Digitization of Military Records”

The company also announces that it has executed the contract for the project “Software applications and connection of the Local Government Organizations with the National Municipal Database Register” with the following parties: “ATHENS MUNICIPALITY COMPUTERIZATION SERVICES”; “DECISION SYSTEM INTEGRATION SA”; “LOGICDIS SA”; “O.T.S. S.A.”; “SINGULAR INTEGRATOR S.A.”.

The contractual fee stipulated for this project is €1,259,020.00 including VAT. The aim of the project is to ensure optimal cooperation of the existing Municipal Registers, which are currently in the care of the Local Government Organizations, with the Integrated Information System of the National Register.”
