The Planning Supplement forms the specialization of the strategy described in the Programme’s Priority Axis. It is working tool for the Management Authority and a reference point for the Ultimate Beneficiaries.
 
A key component of the Planning Supplement is as follows:
The Technical Report of the Measure which contains the detailed description of the measure’s objective, its implementation method, (Eligible Categories of Projects that are co-funded by the measure), the Financing Table of the measure, as well as the quantified goals that have been set for each category of projects (e.g. New Motorways of 20km) and the Ultimate Beneficiaries and Benefited Parties of the measure.
