IS S.A. informs that an unrestricted tender was announced whose awarding criterion is the most economically advantageous offer for the selection of a contractor for the project: “Development of a Marine Geographical Information System of the Hydrographic Service of the Hellenic Navy” of the OPIS.

The project’s scope is the development of infrastructure pertaining to the automation of the management and editing procedures of Geographical Information of the Marine Space that is subject to the competence of the Hydrographic Service (HS) as well as the development of a management and dissemination through the Internet system for the critical information gathered and processed by the HS, as explained in detail in the tender notice.

The total budget of the project amounts to € 1,500,000, VAT incl. (Project budget VAT excl.: € 1,260,504.20, VAT: € 239,495.80).

Tenderers may request supplementary information or clarifications on the content of the tender notice from IS S.A. until 31/07/2006.

The deadline for the submission of offers expires on September 4th 2006.
