The SMS “IS” informs that Invitation 163 in Measure 3.2 for the submission of proposals by virtue of article 46 of the General Regulation 1260/ 1999 of the E.U. has been published. The invitation regards the following categories of actions of measure 3.2:

• 2nd action category “Enhancement of SMEs for the improvement of information management”,
• 4th action category “Enhancement of Enterprises for the development of software and the application of Information and Communication solutions in their productive or not operation procedure”

The aim of the invitation is the enhancement of enterprises through the ΤD and for the submission of the proposals within the framework of this. Implementation and repayment of the projects proposed by 31/12/2008 with reservation of the power of its limits (EC) 70/ 2001 of the commission of the E.U., as well as the (EC) 364/ 2004.

It is noted that the financing of enterprises that will be included will be done according to what is provided by regulation 70/ 2001 of the commission in regards to the application of articles 87 and 88 of the treaty of the EC in state subsidies towards small and medium sized enterprises and according to the map of regional subsidies which is currently valid for the period 2000-2006 for Greece, as applicable today (L. 349/ 2002, c(2002) 2604 fin of 17.07.2000).
