The Municipality of Kalloni in Lesbos announces that it places under public consultation the tender notice for the sub-project “Collection and documentation of environmental material of the Municipality of Kalloni” of the project “Collection, digitalization, documentation and disposition of environmental material of the Municipality of Kalloni in Lesbos” that has been included in measure 2.4 “Regional Geographical Information Systems and innovative actions”, action-category 1: Actions for the development of pilot and innovative applications”, sub-category 1.2: “Actions of Tourism Culture” of the OP Information Society.

This sub-project is encompassed in the project “Collection, digitalization, documentation and disposition of environmental material of the Municipality of Kalloni in Lesbos” whose aim is to select and gather the most appropriate environmental material of the Municipality of Kalloni, from the Book of Mr. Makis Axiotis titled “Lesbos’ Flora” whose copyright has been ceded to the Municipality of Kalloni, as well as to develop the book from the start (shootings, video recording, etc.) and document it.

Moreover, the project relates to the determination of specifications with regard to its digitalization and disposal in the Internet.

The project has been included in Invitation 78 of OPIS (IIS project code: 100039) and the total budget of the sub-project amounts to € 40,339.01 VAT inclusive.
