Axis 5 supports the National Action Plan for Competitiveness with Measure 5.3 that relates to Technical Help ESF.

Specifically, Measure 5.3 contributes to the aims of NAPE with the operation of the ‘Work Group for Universal Access and Usability in IS’ by everyone, as well as the study of strategies for the prevention of the risk of exclusion from the Information Society of people with special needs and other vulnerable groups.
