Axis 5 contributes to the aims of NAPIn with Measure 5.3, and specifically with the operation of the ‘Work Group for Universal Access and Usability in IS’ by everyone, as well as the study of strategies in preventing the danger of isolation of people with special needs from the IS.

Specifically, the following projects have been completed from Measure 5.3:

• Study of universal access and equal participation in IS for people with special needs, with a budget of 89,000€ and
• Organization and support of the national network e-accessibility for the promotion of universal access to IS, with a budget of 89.000€.
