Reverse Programming
Reverse Programming

The reverse programme table is divided up per structural fund (ESF and ERDF) and contains sub-projects which have no legal commitments up to the reference date.

Based on the start and end date of each sub-project which is included in the technical fiches, obtained from the IIS, the time required to implement a sub-project can be calculated.

Based on the time required to implement sub-projects they are divided into implementation periods from i) one to twelve months, ii) twelve to 24 months and iii) twenty four to thirty six months.

Taking into account that expenditure eligibility for the InfoSoc Operational Programme expires on 31 December 2008, in all three cases above the end date for contract can be calculated and this provides a detailed overview of the legal commitment time frame.  This table also sets out the provisions of the contract for each sub-project.
