The Programming Complement is prepared by the InfoSoc Operational Programme Managing Authority and approved by the Monitoring Committee of the Operational Programme and dispatched to the European Commission for its information.

It is possible to modify the Programming Complement. This occurs after a request made by the Monitoring Committee to the Managing Authority or on the MA’s own initiative with the approval of the Monitoring Committee (without modifying the overall degree of structural fund participation in each priority or the specific targets).

The Programming Complement includes the following information:

• Measures for implementing priorities (targets, needs and priority ranking, categories of operations, indicators).
• Measure financing plan
• Implementation
• Categories of Final Beneficiaries
• Overall financial table
• Performance indicators
• Action plan for publicity and information
• Online dispatch of data to the Commission
• Ex-ante evaluation
