Training of the human resources of the sector of communications
Measure 4.5 aims at the training of the executive staff of the Ministry of Transport and Communications / Communications Secretariat General (ΥΜΕ/GGE), of the National Telecommunications and Post Commission (ΕΕΤΤ) and of the other regulatory agencies on cutting-edge telecommunication technologies and applications issues.

The Measure includes the following categories of action:
1. Education/ training of agencies on communications matters
- Training of the executive staff of Ministry of Transport and Communications / Communications Secretariat General (ΥΜΕ/GGE), of the National Committee of Telecommunications and Posts (ΕΕΤΤ) and of the other regulatory agencies on cutting-edge telecommunication technologies and applications issues which are necessary for the smooth and effective exercise of their duties.
- Training actions arising from the business plan of the agency that if competent for implementation of the Measure or of other agencies that have undertaken synergy action within the framework of the specific Measure.
