Action Line Measures
Training of ELTA’s human resources

Measure 4.6 aims at the development and utilization of ELTA’s human resources, particularly in the region, through education and ongoing training so as it is ensured that changes do take place in the mentality, organizational structure and technological base of ELTA.

The Measure includes the following categories of action:

1. Education/ training of ELTA’s human resources

  • Training of the executive staff and of the manpower of Hellenic Post (ΕLTΑ), to be implemented by training structures certified by National Accreditation Center for Continuing Vocational Training (EKEPIS), on the topic described in the Measure. By means of this action, a large number of ELTA’staff throughout the country will be trained.
  • Training of the administrative staff whose works relates directly with the new organizational structure of the organization and the use of information technology, of the staff working in the P.O. boxes, the staff of the sort-out centers and other involved groups of employees. Moreover, the organization’s staff will be trained on technological upgrades to be introduced in the operation of ELTA via the actions of Measure 4.4.
