Measure 5.3 relates to the installation and operation of information systems for the management, monitoring and evaluation of actions of the Operational Programme Information Society.
| Description of Measure |

This Measure relates particularly to the installation and operation of the ERGORAMA Integrated Information System (IIS) of the ministry of Economy and Finance, regarding the management and monitoring of the action encompassed in the O.P. IS in a unified manner.
ERGORAMA operates on a continuous basis and all members of the managing authority enter in this system all the necessary time schedule data, data relevant to the natural and financial scope of the total of proposed actions encompassed in the O.P. IS as well as the date of the carried out audits and the works of the monitoring committees. The detailed data is monitored by means of expense statements and 3-month monitoring reports in accordance with the guidelines of the payment authority.
The O.P.’s management and implementation structures, the IS S.A. and the Observatory for the IS are financed by means of this measure and more specifically with regard to the following:
- Landscaping of areas as well as purchase and maintenance of office and mechanical equipment.
- Operation (personnel remuneration, fixed expenses, travel expenses, rents, and so on) of the IS S.A. and the Observatory for the IS.
- Provision of services by the IS S.A. to the project implementation partners/ agencies that are co-financed by the O.P.
- Implementation of studies by the managing authority regarding various aspects of the I.S.
