Portal’s Identity

Within the framework of the OPIS’ Information and Publicity, of promotion of equal opportunities and of integration of equality into all policies, the upgrade of the existing website of SMS of IS “infosociety.gr” into a Portal for the Information Society has been carried out.
 
Τhis Pοrtal is a modern communicative tool that is renewed, expanded and adapted on a permanent basis. It includes inter alia a summary of the Operational Programme, a summary of the Planning Supplement, the approved documents, useful information on the Agencies competent for the Actions, aids and material distributed via the implemented communication actions, best practices, information on the development of O.P., the obligations related to the observance of publicity measures, fields of special development for the Structural Funds, information on the e-EUROPE initiative, FAQs and answers.

The IS’ Portal as a sub-project of the Project “Information and Publicity for the Information Society” is co-funded by 75% by the European Union and specifically by the European Social Fund (ESF) via the Technical Assistance of the OPIS; the total budget amounts to €436,622.31.

Committee competent for the Portal’s content:

The Committee competent for the Portal’s content is responsible of ensuring the validity of the content published in the Portal; this committee is comprised of the Head of the Managing Authority, the Heads of Units/ Sections (A, B, C, D), the manager of the Publicity Office, as well as the representative of the Special Secretariat.
