Incorporation of Acts

The procedures for including and signing contracts for operations seeks to uniformly apply a set of measures and procedures to the selection and inclusion of projects seeking financing under the InfoSoc OP. 


These procedures are based on the CSF implementation provisions and national and Community law to ensure effective implementation of the assistance provided by the Operational Programme.

This section provides a brief overview of the procedure for issuing calls, the call evaluation procedure and the procedure for issuing decisions on inclusion of proposals in the programme.

The Measure Manager prepares a call whose content is based on the Ministry of Finance & Economy circular on the operation inclusion procedure in CSF 2000-2006 Operational Programmes. Under this procedure potential Final Beneficiaries are invited to submit proposals for inclusion of operations in the Operational Programme.

In the document entitled “Main features of the proposed project”, the final beneficiary can submit to the SMA an initial approach of the project that he plans to elaborate. Once this is done, the SMA helps in the preparation of the Proposal giving emphasis to the following:

The decision of whether to incorporate an act or not is based on the Evaluation Form, on the opinions of the Ministries, on the Table of the Proposals’ Classification, in accordance with the order of their selection (in the case of a comparative evaluation) and with the order of priority for the submission/rejection/suspension of previous Proposals.
