In order to achieve the goals of the IS, the procedures for the Projects’ Financing include national and European resources. At the national level, the financing comes from the Program of Public Investments and at the European level from the Structural Funds of the EU, that is, the European Social Fund (ESF) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
