The SMS OPIS/ Greek State reserves all copyrights as well as the royalties with regard to the content, all the reproductions made based on the content, as well as the total intellectual property rights and other royalties relating to the content.

he Portal’s content is made available to its users/ visitors for their personal use. The content is subject to changes without a relevant prior notice according to the judgment of the Portal’s administrator. Upon acceptance of the terms of use, the non-commercial use and reproduction (total or partial) is allowed provided that the product is freely available via Internet or any other medium and is accompanied by a clear and distinct reference to its source of origin. Any other use requires the written express permission of the owner or the copyright holder.

More specifically, the aforementioned parties disclaim any guarantees, express or not, i.e. guarantees of completeness, correctness, validness, commerciality, non-violation or appropriateness for any use, application or cause.
The administrator under any conditions including the case of negligence is not liable of any kind of loss suffered by the user/ visitor of pages, services, choices, and contents of the Portal in which he proceeds on his own and after being aware of these terms. In addition, the administrator does not guarantee that the pages, services, choices and contents will be provided uninterruptedly, without errors, that all errors will be corrected and that answers will be provided to all the questions raised. The use of an interactive area means that the user/ visitor is exclusively liable of the communication he makes and of the consequences arising from making this communication public. The Portal’s administrator is not liable for the fidelity, accuracy or credibility of the material published in an interactive area or for the consequences of the communication in interactive areas or the impact from the Portal’s use.
The visitor/ user accepts and is bound to not take the following actions:

- Publish the same announcement more than once,
- Take any other action restricting or hindering any other person to use the interactive areas and the Portal in general, or take an action which according to the administrator’s judgment places the administrator or any of the users in harmful situations or legal responsibilities.

Any provision of the foregoing terms that is found to be against the above legal framework or is rendered invalid, ceases ipso jure to be in force and is extracted from this document without affecting in any manner the remaining provisions. This document forms the total agreement between the Portal’s administrator and the visitors/ user of its pages and services and binds only these two parties. No amendment of these terms will be taken into account and form a part of this agreement unless it has been made in written and has been integrated in this agreement.
