Management of the Projects

The direct and indirect supervision of the projects’ progress is achieved through the continuous contact and cooperation with the representatives of the Implementation Institutions and with the Managers of the projects. 



All the involved parties are interested in achieving an effective implementation and quick responses in order to successfully complete the procedures. The procedures, which are followed, include the direct and indirect supervision of the projects’ progress.

The procedure of the direct supervision entails the direct contact of the SMA with the FB. The SMA sees that the Final Beneficiaries receive the support they need. Moreover, it ensures that there is a direct contact with the Final Beneficiaries. The contact is achieved in the following ways:

The supervision of the projects through the OPS is achieved with the use the Monthly/ Quarterly Sheets that the FB sends to the SMA. Once the MSS  and TSPP have been submitted, the Project’s Manager checks the validity of the data, which is then registered in the OPS.

Upon completion and delivery of the project (economic and physical object) the Implementation Institution sends a letter to the SMA to inform it about the project’s completion.
