IPTV services, mobile architectures, access network technologies (WiMAX, FTTH, xDSL, etc), video transport standards, set-top-box, home networks, middleware, compression tools: all the technical issues will be addressed in detail by the major manufacturing, economic and regulatory players.

The agenda will give a large part to real services feedbacks through return on experience from service providers (carriers, Internet access providers, broadcasters).

In parallel,standard bodies representants and equipment vendors will address all the technical problems tied to setting up IPTV services: protocols, access network architectures, compression tools, home
