The Eurocities Forum on Knowledge Society, formerly known as Telecities, promotes every year 4 events consisting of a conference and thematic workshops (e-Care, eGovernment, Broadband, eCitizenship).

These events provide a platform for its member cities and business partners to share knowledge and ideas, exchange experiences and analyse common problems.

The focus of this event will be the strategies and practices of cities to effectively provide integrated ICT-based services to the citizens.
